    Yep, this is wikipedia.
    It is more of the common people's encyclopedia, it allows users to change and update definitions and information on the site if any wrong information is present on the site.

    This site is made of wakawiki which are updatable HTML pages.People's encyclopedia...an encyclopedia made by,for and of the people :).
